TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND: Upon reservation the payment of the full stay amount is required (including extra services if booked). Payment is fully refundable up to 5 days before the date of check-in (excluding transaction fees of approximately 3.5%). In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date 30% of the full amount payed will be refunded . In case of no-show and in the absence of communications from the guest within midnight on the day of arrival, the reservation is considered canceled and non-refundable. In case of arrival after the scheduled date or early departure the entire stay will be charged, included of unused nights. Payment is made by Credit Card through the online transaction system provided by PAYPAL Inc. (Mastercard - Visa - AMEX cards accepted). The protection of data needed to make the transaction are guaranteed by PAYPAL Inc. - Amount of Municipal Tourist Tax (€. 2, oo / night / person) is due on arrival
